HOST BOX (brains)                                                                    

PRESSBOX STATION: 1 host box, 3 RCK, 4 bridge antennas, 2 mesh access points, 5 switchboxes

You will need 2 power outlets: one to power the host box and one to power the RCK. The 4 round antennas will mount to one of your stands and point at the field as indicated by their labels. The host box and RCK will stay with the filmer.

Use a long ethernet cable to run from the LAN2 port on your visitor round bridge antenna to the respective visitor coach room and connect to switchbox PORT1 containing the coachbox access point. [UPDATE PHOTO TO CORRECT IMAGE]

Home/Visitor switchboxes connect to the PressBox Station 

There are two switchboxes with your pressbox equipment, one for home coachbox and one for visitor coachbox. These will be powered in your respective home and visitor coach rooms.

Use a long ethernet cable (pictured on the cable winder in the top left corner of the photos) to run from the LAN2 port on your Home/Visitor round bridge antenna to PORT 1 on your Home/Visitor CoachBox switch, as pictured below. 

* The LAN2 port on your Home/Visitor bridge antenna (the round antenna in the photo) is the port on the right when looking at the back of the antenna.

Attach the foldable rods to the top of the mesh WiFi antenna and place the switchbox and "skinny rabbit ear" antenna in the room with the coaches.

*The skinny "rabbit ear" mesh antenna should be in the room with the coaches. This provides the SC-CoachBox-WiFi access for the home/visitor coachbox iPads and will ensure fast download speeds when placed in the coach rooms.

STATION BOX (field equipment)                                                   

 

VISITOR SIDELINE STATION: 1 bridge antenna, 1 mesh-UMAD access point, 1 switchbox

You will need 1 power outlet for the sideline power supply. Mount the 2 antennas to one of the stands and place it at the 35 yard line.

sidelineStationOnStand The round bridge antenna will point at the matching press box antenna as indicated by the label. Be sure the antenna has a clear and straight line of sight with no obstructions.

The skinny mesh antenna requires the booster and should be pointed down the sideline towards the ios devices. This provides the SCV-Sideline-WiFi access for the sideline iPads and will ensure fast download speeds. 

Any iPad can connect to the SkyCoach network via the provided access point ("WiFi") or connect directly via an ethernet adapter and switch port. Your switchbox provides 4 ethernet access points.

HOME SIDELINE STATION: 1 bridge antenna, 1 mesh-UMAD access point, 1 mesh access point, 2 powerbox, 1 switchbox

You will need 1 power outlet at the review station for the powerbox power supply. The powerbox at the review station powers the review bunny and the round red/black stickered station antenna.

The round bridge antenna will point at the matching press box antenna as indicated by the label. Be sure the antenna has a clear and straight line of sight with no obstructions. Use a long ethernet cable from the LAN 2 port on the red/black round station antenna to PORT 1 on your home sideline switch.

Attach the foldable rods to the top of the mesh WiFi antenna "skinny rabbit ear" and place it in the review tent for the officials iPad.

You will need 1 power outlet for the home sideline station power supply. 

Use a long ethernet cable from the LAN 2 port on the red/black round station antenna to PORT 1 on your home sideline switch, as pictured below.

Mount the mesh-umad access point to one of the stands and place it at the 35 yard line.

END ZONE STATION: 1 bridge antenna, 1 RCK, 1 powertube

You will need 2 power outlets: one for the powertube and one to power the RCK, both pictured below. The antenna will point at the matching press box antenna as indicated by the label.

You can mount the red/white round bridge antenna to the leg of your end zone tripod or camera stand. Be creative or even switch the ethernet cable for a longer one to get the best position for your antenna.

*Be sure the antenna has a clear and straight line of sight with no obstructions and avoiding the field goal post.

EZ station RW, RP, WT - labeled

  • 1 AC red/white stickered antenna in the end zone to bridge to the pressbox

    • 1 ethernet cable for your RCK

  • 1 powertube

You can mount the SKY round bridge antenna to one of the stands.

RCK Pro (Remote Camera Kit)

  1. camera_connected_RCKPro_labeledPower the RCK.

  2. Connect the HDMI from camera to HDMI-IN port on the RCK to capture the camera feed.

  3. Connect the ethernet labeled "RCK Only" to put the camera feed on the SkyCoach network.

Once you get all 4 check marks on the RCK you can join the event.

ONE person will clip the plays for the entire SkyCoach system by hitting the start circle and stop square. This person can clip plays from any ONE RCK or from a remote control iPad.

    • The red POE24 port on the injector uses a 10' ethernet cable to connect to the Main port on the round antenna

    • The LAN port on the injector can be left empty OR connect a device (like RCK or iPad) to the network

    • The LAN ports on the injectors connect to each other with a 6" ethernet
    • The open POE port on the top injector will connect to the SC-Review-WiFi "bunny ear" antenna 
  • The cables crossover to exit

 

Switchbox (for coach rooms & home sideline)

    • injector red POE24 port uses a 10' ethernet to connect to the Main port on the Mesh SC-CoachBox-WiFi bunny antenna

  • The cables exit through designated slots

  • PORT 1 on the switch uses a 100' ethernet to connect the LAN2 port on the round bridge antenna in the Host Box

  • The open switch ports can be left empty OR used to hardwire iPads to the network using an etherent adapter
