QR Code Process

If the app is working and just has the wrong ID, we can use a QR to log the RCK in if it is not able to log in on the internet or download the version that has a login screen.

Note: This requires a SkyCoach rep to provide the QR code. To make we do not duplicate a camera ID which will cause issues, the rep assisting will need the Camera ID for the working RCKs so they can pull the QR code for the non-working RCK.

  1. Close SkyCoach
  2. On home screen press down and hold on the SkyCoach app until popup
  3. Select "About Info"
  4. Navigate to storage
  5. Delete storage
  6. Connect camera to the HD
  7. Open the app and allow all requested permissions
  8. When the app opens it will look for a QR code to get the camera ID
  9. Scan the QR code
  10. Click submit several times

Warning: The QR code is specific to a remote camera kit. It can't be used with more than one. If you need to update more than one RCK, you will need a QR code for each.

Note: There is no visual confirmation when clicking submit. Be sure to press the submit button multiple times.
